Instant Pot Pressure Cooker Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • 1 C. Water
  • Ice
  1. Place the small trivet that comes with the Instant Pot into the bottom of the liner pot.
  2. Place 1 dozen evenly spaced eggs on top of the trivet.
  3. Add 1 C. of water to the Instant Pot.
  4. Close the lid, set for 5 minutes at High pressure.
  5. Once finished, allow the pot to naturally pressure release for 5 more minutes.
  6. Quick release the rest of the pressure.
  7. Carefully, place the eggs into ice water until completely cooled.
  8. Store in fridge or peel and use right away. FYI ~ the peel easily slips right off.
