Perfect Pressure Cooker Rice
  • 1 C. Organic White Rice
  • 1.5 C. Chicken Broth or Filtered Water
  • ½ t. Salt
  1. Add Rice to pressure cooker pot.
  2. Add Chicken Broth or Filtered Water to pressure cooker pot. Make sure it covers rice.
  3. Lock the lid in place, select High Pressure, and set the cook time for 8 minutes. Press Start.
  4. When the timer beeps, allow rice to naturally depressurize.
  5. Once the valve drops, open the lid, and put rice in a separate bowl.
  6. Set aside until soup is finished.
