Homemade Cranberry Sauce in a Slow Cooker
  • 1 bag (about 12 oz.) Fresh Organic Cranberries
  • 1 large Apple. Peeled and cubed
  • ½ C. Water
  • ½ C. Organic Orange Juice
  • ½ C. Coconut Sugar
  1. Add all of the ingredients into the Instant Pot and stir until blended.
  2. Close the lid. Since there is no pressure cooking involved the lid will not seal. (There is also a special slow cooker lid you can purchase separately).
  3. Set the Instant Pot to Slow Cooker. It will automatically set the timer for 4 hours.
  4. Once the Instant Pot is finished turn off. Stir the cranberry sauce.
  5. At this point it can be served or refrigerated until needed.
  6. If refrigerated, add a little water and warm slightly before serving.
