Chicken Preparation

  • 2 Large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • ¼ C. Coconut Aminos*
  • ¼ C. Coconut Sugar *
  • ½ t. Ground Ginger
  • 1 t. Garlic Granules
  • 2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar (I use Coconut Vinegar*)
  1. Add 2 chicken breasts to slow cooker and cover with this blend. Cook until tender. About 2 hours. If using an Instant Pot, cook 8-10 minutes.
Generally, I'm cooking for two; however, this recipe can be easily doubled.
