Chicken Preparation
- 2 Large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- ¼ C. Coconut Aminos*
- ¼ C. Coconut Sugar *
- ½ t. Ground Ginger
- 1 t. Garlic Granules
- 2 T. Apple Cider Vinegar (I use Coconut Vinegar*)
- Add 2 chicken breasts to slow cooker and cover with this blend. Cook until tender. About 2 hours. If using an Instant Pot, cook 8-10 minutes.
Generally, I'm cooking for two; however, this recipe can be easily doubled.
